You will be using your strong Project and Production Management skills to coordinate events with both Client and other Cerner teams. You will be managing ongoing tasks from technology roadmaps, domain strategies to new solution implementations, technical currency upgrades, software/solution upgrades, security patching, etc. This position is for a Technical Solution Leader so in addition to the Project Management requirements, it also requires a strong technical background and understanding as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project and Excel. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously while working across multiple team environments and time zones. Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related Technology field, or equivalent relevant work experience * At least 3 years of Project Management work experience Preferred Qualifications * At least 3 years of Information technology work experience or equivalent relevant work experience * Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, or Infrastructure architectures work experience * Experience managing Linux environments Expectations * Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations * Willingness to travel within Kansas City to other Cerner locations as needed (0-20%) * Willingness to participate in an on call rotation if needed * Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position * Perform other responsibilities as assigned Additional Information Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
