Verizon’s Consumer Wholesale organization plays a crucial role in how Verizon presents itself in the marketplace, enabling additional revenue streams and subscriber growth through consumer-focused MVNO distribution channels. The Channel Management team you will be joining focuses on the day-to-day account management of two key channels for this important business.
As a Senior Manager of Channel Management, you will:
Engage with tier 1 channel partners on a day-to-day basis and execute plans to achieve revenue targets and objectives.
Develop and manage working-level relationships internally and externally
Ensure that both the customer and Verizon are meeting all contractual obligations.
Conduct ad hoc analysis in all matters relating to customer Invoice compliance and billing dispute mgmt in assigned channels
Secure channel customer forecasts, create and manage associated budgets, and manage customer budgetary communications
Lead the creation of commercial terms for new product offers in the channel, including the creation and communication of customer term sheets
Serve as the channel contact for all finance and revenue assurance queries
Lead all ILD & roaming financial reconciliation activities, including monthly analysis and management of suspected fraudulent activity
Provide financial input/impacts of any escalations to senior management on critical issues/risks/decision points, and management of these elements on an ongoing basis
Manage legal notices towards resellers
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience with financial reconciliation activities, invoicing, budgeting, and term sheets
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor's degree in a business or financial field, e.g., Business Administration/Management/Finance
Three or more years of experience with a tier 1 channel or enterprise
Analyzed data, developed reports, and presentations. Ideally, made presentations to a variety of audiences.
Coordinated complex customer programs with internal and external team members.
Collaborated with internal organizations and customers on complex analysis projects
Excellent customer communications, interaction, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated effective organization skills.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $106,000.00 - $203,000.00.
