We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist for our Cisco team in our Miami office supporting our Miami Export business. In this role you will provide pre- sale technical support to our customers helping them build solutions, quote prices on products and provide customer technical support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco technology, experience with Cisco Commerce Workspace is preferred and must be BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPANISH SPEAKING.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Respond to quote requests for Cisco technology from our customers
• Work with our sales teams by speaking with our customers, assessing their technology needs and building solutions around those needs
• Be the technical subject matter expert and help our customers understand the different aspects of the Cisco Technology they will need for end user success
• Escalate more complex issues to more senior members of the team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 4-year college degree or additional relevant experience in related field
• Minimum 1 year of functional experience including a minimum 1-2 years of position specific experience
• Experience with Cisco or relevant technologies (HPE Aruba, Fortinet/Data Center)
• BILINGUAL ENGLISH SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED
• Familiarity with MS Office Programs-Outlook, Excel & Word is required
• Cisco Certifications & CCW is a Plus
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS- verbal and written as you will be talking to our vendors, partners and other team members a lot!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• DRIVEN to get results and achieve goals
• FLEXIBILITY to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player
