    What will you be doing?

    WWT's SC&E Digital team delivers insight-driven products, platforms and experiences. We move with the nimbleness of a start-up and the scale of a global consultancy. Purpose-built to solve seemingly impossible challenges with speed, precision and human connection. We have 4 key solution offerings: Purpose-Built Products (mobile apps, websites, digital platforms), Unified Commerce, Emerging Experiences (AR/VR/Metaverse) and Advanced Operational Intelligence (data science, analytics) .

    The Client Acquisition Specialist role resides within the Client Acquisition team in the WWT Digital group.The primary focus of the role is to be the first point of contact a potential client or partner will have with WWT Digital when they are seeking information on services provided. In addition, the Client Acquisition Specialist will be expected to take a role in building and maintaining a high performance culture with all supporting teams, partners and customers resulting in the achievement of all financial targets.

    Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below.

    Responsibilities:

    • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and cultivating business relationships.
    • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
    • Qualifies potential business deals and opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
    • Assists new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts with strategic partners and integrating contract requirements with business operations
    • Identifies and tracks key individuals at targeted companies through sales intelligence research and creates targeted campaigns to create new relationships with these individuals
    • Identifies potential business deals and opportunities by aligning with new and strategic partnerships
    • Play a critical role in researching leads and creating target lists while acting as a liaison between the Client Acquisition and Digital Product Management teams.
    • Generate qualified leads by researching, contacting, and developing relationships with prospects through campaigns, emails, and social networking.
    • Utilize various sales tools (i.e. ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to research, gather and document sales intelligence
    • Ability to organize and facilitate meetings with appropriate WWT Digital teams to talk through solution areas, campaigns, and ongoing projects
    • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field such as Technology, Financial Services, Retail, Restuarant, or Media.
    • Knowledge of collaborative tools such as Teams, Slack, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside the organization
    • Demonstrates leadership, communication and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Capability to multi-task and respond to change
    • Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency
    • Ability to perform and prioritize work in a timely manner
    • Passion for learning and continuing education
    • Ability to effectively utilize WWT internal systems, tools and processes
