Client Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Complete the structured sales/business/consulting and technical curriculum as a full-time learner.
• Complete on-the-job training under the guidance of senior level leaders.
• Understand the technical elements of an opportunity and the different approaches for proposal development, including hardware, software, bill of materials (BOMs), services (Levels of Effort -- LOEs) and architectural solutions.
• Complete OJT rotations in various business units to gain understanding of how each contributes
• Coordinate solution development leveraging best practices and researching customized solutions.
• Research and demonstrate solution business benefits, including ROI. Present business and technical components of solutions to customer.
• Attend business appointments with Account Managers and senior engineers.
• Support in the development of business proposals and white paper content
• Build relationships across WWT, driving relationships across all levels of the organization and roles in the HPT.
• Communicate regularly with Client Managers, Regional Leadership, and Client Development Leadership on activity
• Self-motivated, organized, seeks measurable outcomes; and holds others accountable to the same
• Participate in and successfully graduate from the WWT Associate Academy program

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Associates, Technical Certification, or equivalent level of experience
• Display an introductory level of technical acumen and/or aptitude for such as demonstrated with practical experience or in military service.
• Desire to learn and to demonstrate competence in a structured development program.
• Commitment to completing a comprehensive sales and technology curriculum.
