This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will:

ABOUT THE TEAM

Within the Reliance Trust organization is the CIT Department with over 25 years of experience supporting CITs as a core competency. Our service model and experience cover the full spectrum of asset classes including stable value, emerging markets, diversified funds, target date funds, and fund of funds. We currently maintain more than 100 separately sponsored CITs, with more than 14,500 participating plans, and in excess of $62.5 Billion in assets as of 12/31/2021.The CIT Team consist of 14 employees with collectively over 10 years of CIT experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provides daily administration of assigned relationships, responding to emails and client calls.

• Perform plan investor underwriting/onboarding following departmental / company policies and guidelines for new investors.

• Process trade activity by submitting trade files to FIS Transfer Agency and process the offsetting cash movement through a third party web based portal.

• Work with third party custodian to ensure all activity is reported and reconciled properly.

• Work with third party custodian to submit manual trades and ensure large trade notifications properly communicated.

• Partner with Senior Client Service Associates and Management to provide clients with world-class service emphasizing a high level of consultative and technical knowledge and solutions.

• Works independently to meet deliverables, while providing efficiencies to achieve goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well independently and within a team

ADDED BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors

• Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products

• Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks

• Client relationship management skills, understanding and focusing on clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building positive, professional, relationships with clients
