    As Ingram Micro Cloud's Billing Specialist you will utilize your superior verbal and written communication skills to provide solutions to our customers, effectively work in a fast-paced environment providing resolutions for complex inquiries from internal and external customers,  respond to customer phone calls, emails and inquiries submitted by internal leaders, and use strong judgment to escalate questions presented by management with regards to orders, supplier order procedures, order timing or required documentation.

    Our Opportunity:

    • Act as an advisor for Cloud Billing in relation to Ingram Micro Cloud products and vendors
    • Provide operational support in relation to Billing inquiries from our partners/resellers
    • Analyze and troubleshoot complex Billing support incidents and problems for our clients
    • Report on outstanding issues & remediation plan
    • Provide superior customer service and follow up with customers and VAR’s
  • Qualifications

    What You Bring To The Role:

    • 2 or more years’ related experience in a billing-related environment in the IT industry
    • Previous knowledge of Parallels Automation a plus
    • Competency in:
      • Basic ticket management system operation (Zendesk, SAP, Odin)
      • Basic customer data management operation (MS Access, Parallels Business Automation or equivalent)
      • Computer business and/or web applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Lync or equivalent)
      • (preferred) Basic configuration, operation and troubleshooting Windows, Macintosh and Linux OSs
