As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.
This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated “Learning Week” where you will;
Learn how to work within a corporate environment
Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
Build a network of your peers from across the organization

ABOUT THE TEAM
The FIS Global Compensation team is looking to add a dynamic, forward-thinking professional to join us in executing on strategic compensation practices supporting our competitive position as an employer of choice. Our team is challenged with being subject matter experts that consult and advise on pay programs that will assure attraction and retention to support our company’s growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provides analytical support and assistance in administration of compensation programs
Attention to detail and ability to deliver an accurate work product as a self starter
Evaluate and assign jobs into new or existing classifications and pay structures
Assist with evaluating and recommending FLSA status of jobs (US)
Participate in salary surveys collecting and reporting of data to third-party survey providers
Support the annual merit process working with HR Business Partners and management in capturing recommendations
Prepare ad hoc reports to support compensation decisions
Review and approve compensation changes in Workday in the compensation administrator role
Create and maintain salary structures
Maintain and update compensation related data in Workday
Create job profiles in Workday
Prepare job specific market benchmarks
Participate in compensation related projects
Work with other HR Centers of excellence (Recruiting, Talent, HRIS)
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree from job discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
