What you’ll be doing...

• Coordinating with the BI and the strategy team ensuring the creation of effective customer segmentation for outbound campaigns based on the eligibility criteria and the entire portfolio of the existing campaigns.
• Developing queries/ rules that will be used to send direct mail, email, sms, app retention/revenue communications to the correct segments as determined by the marketing strategy team.
• Ensuring proper creation of control and isolation groups at time of campaign execution to support later post campaign measurement efforts.
• Creating custom reports and investigating campaign data to address any issues related to campaign execution and customer engagement generated by the campaign.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in advanced analytics or data science and SQL to query database.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25%

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field such as data analytics, business analytics, operations research etc.
• Knowledge of excel, google sheets, pivot tables, functions, formulas
• Experience in retention marketing.
• Understanding statistical concepts and applications related to testing and scaling.
• Proficiency in analytics reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Previous experience with Pega/Unica Campaign Management Software and the concept of inbound and outbound campaigns.
• Experience working in an agile team structure in a fast-paced environment.
• Unix/Linux experience.
• Experience in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $94,000.00 and $175,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
