Introduction

IBM Expert Services drives services engagements worldwide. The communications team is looking for a skilled technical copywriter who can help capture client success stories, map out our newest offerings and establish brand awareness.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Write and maintain win stories for a variety of customers
• Interview the various stakeholders and be able to distill it into a concise message
• Focus on making complex and technical topics simple and approachable for all audiences, with a special gift for turning complex and technical topics into comprehensible content
• Create powerful messaging for digital campaigns
• Have a keen attention to detail and an understanding of our audience
• Assist with posting blogs, articles and messages on various channels
• Bring a creative & strategic eye to writing content, balancing business goals and priorities with great customer experience
• Engage with high level content strategic projects like content mapping, audits, and content optimization, A/B testing
• Work closely with product management, services teams and a variety of stakeholders
• Keep track of metrics and data to validate the messaging impact

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor's degree; English, Communications, Technical Writing, or similar major
• Creative mind and strong research skills
• Energetic personality with a go-getter mentality
• You thrive on teamwork and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• Ability to work independently, while maintaining an extremely strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 1 year of content writing experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2 years of content writing experience
• Proficiency in Spanish
