As a Contract Specialist within WWT, you will serve a critical role within our Service Contract & Licensing Operations team and interact directly with Inside Sales, Global Order Operations, WWT Account Managers, WWT Finance Teams, authorized suppliers and end-user customers. This team delivers critical support to WWT’s customers by proactively managing their service contracts and subscription renewals of which you and the team will provide. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for facilitating the pre-paid and monthly invoice process for our Subscription and Consumption Contracts

• Review monthly invoices and work with WWT Inside Sales Representatives and Procurement Specialists to ensure the orders are properly set up in our system

• Follow up on each invoice to ensure that the monthly invoices have been processed through our system including Account Payables and Account Receivables

• Constantly evaluating and evolving our quote to cash processes to improve the customer / supplier experience with WWT and ultimately lead to renewal of the subscription contract

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal operations

• Close collaboration with the WWT Sales Team to manage Subscription and Consumption Contracts

• Close collaboration with the WWT Sales Team to manage Subscription renewals

• Timely and accurate execution of recurring and consumption invoicing activities

• Management of outstanding invoice reports from OEMs

• Assist the team with any needs during high volume days / weeks / months

• Assists finance, and internal sales teams in resolving invoicing discrepancies

• Review contract expiration dates and initiate the renewal at least 60 days prior to expiration date

• Contribute and be accountable for the achievement of Key Performance Indicators

• Proactively identify and implement actions to achieve efficiencies in our daily processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of technology vendor relationship development experience preferred
• Demonstrated business analyst experience preferred
• Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and/or on a team with minimal supervision
• A subject matter expert in technology partner processes a plus
• Excellent communication skills.
