The Corporate Development group is responsible for driving the strategic growth agenda of the company through 3 levels:

• Corporate strategy
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate venture capital (CVC).

The intern will support key projects/initiatives in one or more of these areas.

Project support responsibilities will likely include:

• Market / industry / competitive research.
• Financial analysis and modeling.
• Presenting results and recommendations based on research/analysis.

• Junior/Senior Bachelor Degree-Related Major.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic, high level of drive.
