Providing above and beyond - WOW - service, while helping our customers and service providers with their needs.
Answering incoming phone calls, text and emails to assist customers and service providers to resolve service issues.
Placing outgoing phone calls, text or emails to follow up on customer’s or service provider's questions or to proactively ensure that service is delivered immaculately.

A true passion for customers and delivering the best possible service.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ninja like skills with a high sense of urgency and multitasking skills. Agile to hop between communication platforms to resolve issues in the real time.
Above average typing skills…at least 25 wpm to be specific.
You’re self-motivated and self-starting.
