The Customer Success Director of Data & Analytics is responsible for ensuring our data & analytics platform meets our customer’s needs. As a client-facing lead, the role is accountable for collaborating with clients to ensure the online/offline/tag data within our analytics platform is integrated appropriately for self-service client analytical tools to drive customer outcomes. The Customer Success Director will possess the analytical skills to guide clients how to leverage the data inside our platform using multiple analytical tools and manage resolution to challenges & issues.
