    What will you be doing?

    You will support the requirements of the Air Force Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP). This initiative surrounds the alignment of all Air Force systems in the Air Force Information Network (AFIN).

    Cyber Technical Support Specialist will provide technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process components

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review alignment requests ensuring information is collected by the CSSP from the system owner
    • Review the required artifacts for initial compliance
    • Communicate with system owners on a daily basis to resolve initial issues with the alignment request
    • Ensure the CSSP support team provides follow-up support to the system owners as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven experience providing technical support for client-level hardware and software.
    • Familiarity with organizational process components.
    • Ability to review alignment requests and ensure all necessary information is collected.
    • Experience in reviewing artifacts for initial compliance.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with system owners on a daily basis.
    • Ability to resolve initial issues with alignment requests.
    • Experience in providing follow-up support to system owners.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • 4+ years relevant experience
    • 8140/DCWF Certification
    • IAT I
    • CSSP Infrastructure Support certification desired
    • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with potential for higher read-ins
    • Understanding in eMass and accreditation packages used by the DoD
