Our Summer Internship Program will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May or June 2023, depending on academic calendar.

The pay range for this role is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual’s education and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering or other related field or certification

• Graduating on or before June 2024

• Scripting/development background in any object oriented/functional programming language

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity

• General understanding of: networking, data storage, client/server communication, software development processes, and development tools.

IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

• Develop and advance a tool to monitor our security agent health (Python + SQL)

• Provide security API/Tool integration development support as needed to support cyber functions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to forecast/track user stories and tasks, determine task prioritization, product requirements gathering, and adhere to Agile processes and ceremonies
