    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, plus 3 years of work experience or equivalent practical experience. Or Master's Degree with 0-3 years of experience.

    • Strong analytical skills (3+ years preferred) with high attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Curiosity about the data and underlying business.

    • Root cause analysis and Strong data analysis skills across multiple source systems of various formats.

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to influence without ownership.

    • Experience with SQL and/or Redshift, or other data management, reporting and query tools.

    • Experience with AWS would be a plus.

    • Working Experience of data quality skills in: Data Profiling, Quality Rules Definition, Data Discovery

    • Familiarity with Data quality measurement and metric generation, and aggregation into quality performance indicators

    • Root cause analysis and Strong data analysis skills across multiple source systems of various formats.

    • Working experience with QA testing would be a plus.

    • Effective problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills.

    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Motivated self-starter, with a strong work ethic.

    • Data Project management experience is a plus.

    IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:

    • Play key role of coordinating the data quality problems and their potential impacts and navigate in resolving process of data integration and/or business improvement process.

    • Liaise between the data stakeholders along with the product owners to understand the most important data to collect and identify their priority and follow up with data analytics validation reports.

    • Provide monitoring support to data quality validation dashboards, track the Data quality issues, and communicate the escalation of issues to responsible data stakeholders.

    • Analyze business requirement and validate the DQ issue resolution and coordinate with respective stakeholders.

    • Actively communicate to internal/external/stakeholders/clients data quality issues with regards to the way data collected, stored, processed, or used.

    • Analyze technical and business requirements, translate them into appropriate data quality profile assessment, integrate with data quality validation rules and reporting with data quality scorecard.

    • Conduct non-routine analyses, including data gathering from large and complex data sets, processing, analysis employing advanced statistical methods at times, with ongoing deliverables to improve the quality of our data products.

    • Understand and take ownership of our business processes in support to the related improvements in data management, error identification, quality control, or process automation.

    • Assist with creating technical specifications for IT development, and with creating and executing detailed test plans to validate system changes against functional and quality assurance requirements.

    • Build and maintain proper documentation, procedures, and guidelines.

    • Manage timeline and project resources across the team workflow.
