Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively.

Effective communication will be key. You’ll collaborate with the DT Select Customer Success Team, engage with the broader Customer Success organization, and liaise with stakeholders across Dell Technologies.

You will:

• Engage and influence global cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve project objectives
• Deliver comprehensive metrics and reporting to relevant stakeholders, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to actionable, data-driven recommendations and process improvements
• Coordinate project documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and successful handoff of projects through effective communication
• Effectively develop and deliver high-impact presentations and communications to senior executives, key stakeholders, demonstrating strong executive presence
• Break down complex and ambiguous problems into manageable components, employing strategic thinking to identify optimal solutions

Essential Requirements

• Master’s Degree
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Ability to effectively deliver presentations with executive presence and synthesize data to provide insights and recommendations
• Capability to identify opportunities for improvement across the organization
• Strong expertise in cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, project management, and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

Desirable Requirements

• Prior experience working on customer experience initiatives and improving the overall customer experience

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $78,795 - $133,350.
