What you’ll achieve

As an Undergraduate Services Sales Intern, you will be responsible for using a combination of inside sales skills, analytical thinking and be accountable for delivering technical solutions, products and/or services that address customer needs with varying complexity. You will work with Services Sales Representatives on the inner workings of sales operations gaining insight on how customers’ needs drive Dell’s sales process. If you join us for a 2nd summer, the continuation of the internship is either a leadership track or a technical track**.**

You will:

• Receive regular coaching and mentoring from experienced senior representatives
• Be exposed to the inner workings of sales operations
• Identify customer needs/requirements and recommend the appropriate products ad solutions
• Interact regularly with sales team
• Remain up to date on new product, technology and services offered

**Essential Requirements **

• Some college course work in sales and/or prior sales experience

• Be in a sales program at university
• Familiarity with salesforce.com
