    What you’ll achieve

    As a Service Delivery Engineer (SDE), you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.

    You will:

    Work on-site either as the sole person and/or as part of a team, delivering our leading-edge technology solutions,

    • Physically installing Dell products at our customer’s sites
    • Implementing and placing solutions into operation in our customer’s environment
    • Represent Dell in front of our customers, delivering high quality solutions
    • Training on the latest technologies and

    Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

    **Essential Requirements **

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
    • Exceptional communication, organizing and planning skills to oversee and efficiently implement program deliverables
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Ability to lift/carry weight up to 30 lbs to physically install Dell products

    **Desirable Requirements **

    • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, virtualization and cloud technologies, VMWARE and Networking skills
    • Passion for technology and continuing education
