    What you’ll achieve

    As Technical Program Manager Senior Analyst you will drives all aspects of IT Projects, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and Education Services functions.  You will defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for your assigned projects. You will be expected to complete the project/program on time and within budget and keep your team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and process guidance to project team

    You will:

    • Responsible for tasks and activities related to a project, e.g., communication, documentation, reporting, maintaining schedules, etc
    • Communicate with the Senior Project Manager or leader regarding the status of specific projects
    • Works under the specific guidance of Senior Project Managers
    • Interact primarily with internal IT project team members
    • Projects are typically short in duration and have a minimal number of team members to accomplish tasks

    • Understanding of customer technical training delivery and adult learning principles
    • Understanding and technical knowledge on Dell-supported software, systems, and components.
