    We’re looking for curious and driven college grads to work as sales representatives in our Denver office.

    The Sales Representative position isn’t like most entry-level sales roles. Calling potential customers is just one part of the job. We’re looking for intelligent and enthusiastic presenters who can take customers through the entire pipeline: from cold call to a product demo and—of course—signing a deal. You’ll be able to sharpen your strategic communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.

    If you stay on a successful track, you’ll be promoted every six months, which includes a $5k raise on your base salary, a title change, and more equity in the company through stock options.

    A day in the life of a Signpost Sales Representative:

    • Articulating Signpost’s service, benefits, and processes to potential merchants with a keen understanding of how to problem solve collaboratively
    • Learning and developing new sales techniques and strategies as you build your pipeline
    • Conducting market research to understand the needs of small businesses
    • Participating in weekly sales meetings while hitting monthly sales targets
    • Attending fun happy hours and in-office competitions
    • Exercising your competitive spirit with foosball and ping-pong

  • Qualifications

    People you know would describe you as having:

    • 0-1 years of successful sales experience
    • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral (you’ll speak with a lot of potential customers as their personal Signpost “advisor”)
    • Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (aka. Failure isn’t an option)
    • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, upbeat environment
    • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and an unwavering work ethic
    • A basic understanding of the sales cycle
  • Compensation
    We offer a base salary (with $5K raises every six months if you stay on track) + uncapped commission on sales (most sales representatives will start closing deals within their first quarter)
