    What you’ll be doing...

    The Customer Experience Operations Project Manager (Design Operations PM) will be part of the Design Operations Team supporting the Design Organization. The CX Operations Team is responsible for portfolio management, program management, process design and change management to ensure successful design team alignment on the highest priority work.

    The Design Operations PM will be responsible for managing a portion of the design portfolio of programs including team capacity planning, intake operations and program onboarding in waterfall, hybrid and agile environments. Additionally, the PM may be responsible for management of several concurrent and complex technical projects where increased planning will aid the design team.

    The Design Operations PM is a contributing team member to evolving the practices that support a more agile design environment and all digital solutions. They may assist in the audit of practices and support change management activities for continuous improvement managing relationships and expectations of a large set of internal stakeholders across different organizations.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Manage portfolio of programs/projects for UX Design led workstreams.

    • Facilitate and lead processes to drive effective project execution including collaboration with other teams.

    • Conduct intake operations management activities.

    • Support portfolio and project management reporting activities.

    • Develop and implement change management activities.

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Four or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Three or more years of technical project management experience.

    • Experience with Design practices for All Digital environments.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing or communications.

    • PMP Certification.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

    • Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills to identify, create and lead improvement opportunities, evaluate options, and develop solutions.

    • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited direction; self-management a must.

    • Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

    • Advanced familiarity and experience Google Suite, with the ability to create professional and creative presentations.

    If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $203,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
