Acxiom is seeking an experienced Digital Ad Operations Manager that is client-facing, operationally minded and data driven to lead clients through deployment and on-going support of Ad Operations. Our perfect candidate is customer service oriented, produces high quality work, and is well organized and detail oriented. The role drives successful client deployment of tags across multiple channels, digital partners and media buys, and monitoring/analytics of tags across multiple platforms on an on-going basis.
*This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.
What You Will Do:
Client-Lead accountable for collaborating with clients on Ad Operations
Coordinate the creation and customization of custom tag code for use across a large variety of channels, publishers, and media buys
Support clients & their agencies regarding implementation procedures and unexpected issues during installs
Compile comparative reports showing the alignment (or lack thereof) between different reporting systems and data sources at various levels of the campaign hierarchy
Be able to understand why discrepancies may have occurred, explain that clearly to relevant stakeholders, and advise on an appropriate path to resolution
What You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, computer science, statistics, MIS or related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Ad Operations
Familiarity with Ad Operations overall, including campaign launch and management, impression tagging, and click redirects
Experience working within major media buying and management interfaces including one or more of the below
DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath)
Ad servers (Google CM360/DoubleClick, Sizmek)
Paid search (Google SA360/DS3, Skai, Marin Software)
Proprietary buying platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Good grasp of campaign measurement metrics such as impressions, clicks, and the difference view-through versus click-through activity
Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, especially Microsoft Excel
Experience with SQL

Any skills/experience in web development and JavaScript would be a major plus
