WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
2+ years job experience in technology-related field or equivalent academic experience
College degree or equivalent experience
Background in research and compliance
Experience with search engine platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel in particular)
Strong internet research skills
Devoted team player with commitment to meeting deadlines
Able to learn quickly and follow instructions with minimal supervision
WE'D LOVE TO SEE:
Experience with customer service highly preferred
Foreign language skills highly preferred
IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
Review global companies and websites in various languages for compliance with applicable regulatory law
Become a subject matter expert in applicable regulatory law as it pertains to program requirements
Interact directly with customers daily and in a timely manner to answer inquiries and resolve issues
Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate responses and solutions
Make clear and accurate reporting decisions per program standards
Identify and provide solutions to customer trends and pain points affecting customer experience
Work tandemly with team to problem-solve and meet strict deadlines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Provide findings and feedback to team, clients, and others within G2
Attend regular team, client, and company meetings
