IBM Expert Services drives services engagements worldwide. The Growth Strategy team is looking for a skilled Digital Growth Strategist who can help grow our existing customer base and opportunity pipeline.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Growth Strategist on our Growth Strategy team, you'll own a portfolio of digital experiments and initiatives designed to take business to the next level. We are looking for someone who spikes in cross functional communication, analytical thinking, understanding customer motivations, project management, and getting stuff done.

What You'll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• Set the strategy for your area of experimentation, including targeting, customer touchpoints, and metrics.
• Drive and setup client webinars through digital outreach
• Monitor and optimize ongoing digital campaigns & product funnel performances.
• Dig into large data sets across the customer life cycle to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to grow the business.
• Design A/B experiments with data-driven hypotheses, to identify new audience opportunities on digital channels.
• Be accountable for key performance indicators of the reach and impact of your experiments.
• Present your results and recommendations to leaders and help drive next steps.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• Possess expertise in use of various content types and engagement methods, such as video, chat, social media, email to execute digital programs
• Proven to be flexible, deadline-driven, results-oriented, and able to respond quickly and calmly in crises.
• Demonstrate being data-driven: Continuously test, measure, and improve programs and tactics
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal and written)

THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED IN AUSTIN, TX, NEW YORK, NY, OR RALEIGH / DURHAM, NC.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 1 year experience in growth, client success, or business operations
• Bachelors or above, preferably in Computer Science, Math, Business, Economics or related field

• Startup experience
