Acxiom is seeking an ambitious and motivated individual for a Digital Marketing Analyst II located in Dallas, Texas. The Digital Marketing Analyst II will work as a member of the Marketing Information Management team for one of our largest clients coordinating the implementation of their marketing campaigns. This role will primarily support measurement activities such as data validations, audience management, audience syndication, audits, brand safety controls, and own a centralized documentation repository working with all partners including Marketing, Decision Management, Acxiom Digital Campaign Operations, and multiple digital paid media partners (Agency, Audience & Data Management, Syndication & Onboarding, Ad Serving, Demand-Side Platforms).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Serve as primary support for audience management across multiple digital campaigns
Provide consultative support to client business partners in reviewing requirements, offering suggestions, and answering inquiries
Support digital campaign projects by administering meetings, manage agendas, timelines, and outcomes
Own the creation, sharing, and maintenance of a centralized documentation repository for the marketing team and partner processes
Work with Acxiom Digital Campaign Operations team to support successful campaign execution
Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading projects from end-to-end
Work a hybrid schedule with the ability to commute to an office in-person 2-3 days a week, working from home remaining days
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2-4 years of Paid Digital Media analytics experience within a Digital Agency, Publisher, or Advertising Technology
Digital acumen for digital paid media ecosystem, partners across demand side to supply side, with a focus on audience management, including knowledge on data onboarding, being able to quality check, manage controls, and audit
Experience with Digital Campaign and Data Management advertising technology platforms (i.e., LiveRamp Safe Haven, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo!, Trade Desk, Oracle, Adobe Audience Manager, CDPs, LiveRamp)
Extremely proactive, highly organized, excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, across various projects across multiple partners
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives
Critical thinking ability, with experience working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems
Adapts to change well, ability to provide multiple solutions
Familiarity/expertise with SQL

Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of legal and regulatory environment
Working knowledge of Database technologies and CRM concepts
