    A Brief Overview

    The Documentation Team is part of the Business Process Management Team and is responsible for documentation creation, maintenance, and governance. This position assists the business in producing documentation that is practical for recording, processing, and training purposes. This role is significant to the organization as it involves creating and revising documentation that supports the Global Supply Chain teams. The position reports to the Documentation Supervisor and collaborates closely with business teams to deliver effective documentation.

    Job Responsibilities

    Distinguishes between activities and tasks that add differing levels of value; begins to determine potential improvements to impact quality. Demonstrates attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset; double-checks accuracy of own output to ensure high quality delivery. Research industry information and summarizes findings. Retrieves necessary information from records management systems and ensures records are maintained in accordance with retention schedules. Maintains and organizes records and data in accordance with policies and procedures. Consistently responds to stakeholder requests in an accurate, timely and professional manner. Reviews overarching project timeline and develops a schedule of tasks to achieve project milestones.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school/GED required or bachelor's degree Related Field preferred
    • A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required
    • Experience in creating technical documentation and process flowcharts. Skilled in working independently and collaboratively, eliciting cooperation from various sources.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Basic Photo Editing Experience. (Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus.)
    • Smartsheet experience is a plus.
    • DocMan or documentation compliance experience is a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in individual tasks and project-based settings.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workload while multitasking according to business need.
    • This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers; some customers have specific on-boarding requirements, including background check and drug testing requirements that go beyond WWT's requirements. The ability to meet these requirements may be necessary for continued employment, depending on the needs of the department.

    Compensation/ Benefits

    Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $38,400-$57,6000 anually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
