    Description

    Leidos’s engineering and manufacturing facility in Pittsburgh PA (Pleasant Hills – Zipcode 15236) has need for an Engineering/Manufacturing Intern. This is an opportunity to assist the onsite team with manufacturing of US NAVY shipboard environmental equipment.

    The support work consists of support in the areas of logistics (inventory and drawing bill-of-materials) and mechanical manufacturing support. The work requires the candidate to use hand tools, air powered tools, tag components and ability to stand for period of time and lift up to 80 lbs.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Logistics support in development and sustainment of parts inventory and mechanical manufacturing support of Solid Waste equipment to meet customer delivery dates.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university in a related field of study

    • Strong Work Ethic

    • Computer Experience with very strong organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to work as individual or as a team

    • Willingness to learn

    Pay Range:

    • $37,050.00 - $57,000.00 - $76,950.00
