About the role
The IT Infrastructure Engineering team runs Avanade’s internal technology infrastructure and applications. It plays a crucial role in trying out Microsoft technologies before we recommend them to clients to meet their particular business needs. This team primarily helps to ensure error-free operation of all Avanade IT systems, which are crucial to everything we do for our clients.
As an analyst in IT Infrastructure Engineering, you will help implement, support and maintain IT systems and applications, most of which are based on current Microsoft technologies. You will provide hardware and software support and implement operating system-level technology across our servers and networks. You may perform troubleshooting.

Your credentials very likely include some experience performing systems and infrastructure engineering. You likely have an undergraduate degree, especially in an IT-related field. Within two years of your hire date, you will likely have attained your Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certification in Windows Server 2012 and your Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification in Server Infrastructure.
