    Expert Client Services Managers serve as client strategic point of contact to deliver Solutions and Services. Manage delivery of services for larger / more complex accounts. The Expert CSM is responsible for mentoring and providing oversight for less experienced associates as well as coordinating or managing the following: production processing; change, issue and release management; delivery within the client's organization. An Expert CSM would be looked to by the Account Management team for their expertise in managing a client's systems. The Expert CSM would also be involved in driving the definition of requirements for account related projects as well as resolution of client delivery issues and seamless quality assurance of client deliverables.

    What you will do:

    • Manage client and Acxiom's delivery expectations - including being a liaison within client's marketing and technology ecosystem. Escalation point for status, issues, problems and feedback to client/stakeholders and teams. Ensures management of delivery as directed by client.
    • Oversees client's adherence to income tax reporting regulations for rewards programs
    • Provides thought leadership on production processes leveraging technical knowledge of data management tools, systems and architecture
    • Oversees client oversight of production schedules. Provides delivery coordination.
    • Oversees that documentation is maintained for designated client
    • Oversees client processing capacity requirements and workflow management needs
    • Proactively pursues and resolves delivery issues before client is materially affected.
    • Oversees appropriate resource allocation. Collaborates with leadership on cost management, quality and productivity improvement.
    • Proactively stays informed on the latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies that may impact client. Provides thought leadership to client on industry trends.
    • Provides expertise on new implementations as needed for designated client.

    What you will need:

    • Extensive knowledge of tax reporting regulations, specific to individual income tax reporting
    • Knowledge of awards programs and associated tax reporting requirements
    • Familiarity with common tax reporting systems and infrastructure
    • Extensive working knowledge and proficiency with SAS
    • Bachelor's degree with focus on computer science and business information systems
    • Masters degree with a focus on statistics
    • Experience with Oracle, Teradata and other enterprise data management software.
    • Knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices
    • Strong management of multiple projects concurrently using excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools
    • Probes for information and makes suggestions to stakeholders
    • Anticipates and recognizes potential conflicts, exposes disagreements, and resolves issues/problems PRIMARY LOCATION CITY/STATE:
