    Evolve and promote marketing identity recognition strategies for large US financial institution client across digital and non-digital marketing channels located in New York City, New York or Irving, TX. The Identity Recognition Team Leader will work as a hybrid member of the Addressable Marketing Team for one of our largest clients evangelizing the identity solutions and providing consult for future development, testing strategy, and product enhancements for the client’s first party identity solutions. Partners with vendors across the digital and offline ecosystem in support of Acxiom and financial institution client. Maintains & expands consumer recognition accuracy, marketing network match-rates & marketing channel reach whether using known, pseudonymous, &/or anonymous identifiers across a variety of open and closed marketing ecosystems for both customers and prospects in a privacy compliant way. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity recognition, as well as experience working in an ad tech capacity within a digital marketing organization. The leader utilizes advanced analytics and develops compelling storytelling to help inform identity recognition performance & implementation strategy.
    *This role is homebased in the Dallas Metroplex or New York.

    What You Will Do:

    • Educates client and partner stakeholders to understand the value and capability of marketplace identity solutions

    • Develops and implement strategies for improving customer and prospect recognition across the various marketing channel used by the client

    • Ensures client can leverage identity recognition techniques and technologies to properly monitor and track marketing activities at a consumer level

    • Researches and analyzes identity recognition trends and techniques that used to replace or augment existing capabilities

    • Creates and maintains detailed reports on identity recognition activities

    • Works across operation teams, assists with monitor marketing campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness in terms of identity recognition

    • Designs and executes tests to assess identity recognition accuracy and performance

    • Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and partners for identity recognition

    • Provides training and guidance to staff, client, and partners on identity recognition

    • Keeps abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity recognition

    • Work a hybrid schedule with the ability to commute to an office in-person 2-3 days a week, working from home remaining days

    • Develops customer and prospect identity models to better understand their behavior

    • Analyzes customer and prospect data to identify potential trends, correlations and insights that used to inform marketing decisions.

    • Develops compelling visualizations of consumer identity data for use in presentations and reports

    • Uses data mining techniques and advanced analytics to discover new or underserved customer or consumer segments

    • Collaborates with client, Acxiom identity product team and client's vendors and partners to ensure customer identity data is collected and utilized properly

    • Identifies proactively potential risks associated with consumer identity related to reach or new privacy impacts

    • Establishes and manages to quarterly OKRs for identity product

    • Builds product business plans to drive utilization and rationalize identity investment

    • Creates product road maps and writes user stories and requirements

    • Advises legal, marketing, and other business stakeholders on latest privacy regulations impact on identity recognition

    What You Will Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    • 5+ years of work experience in marketing industry with relevant title equivalence (Senior Manager, Associate Director, Director) working in either a tenured high-level individual contributor or leader

    • Extremely initiative-taking, highly organized, excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, across various projects across multiple partners

    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients

    • Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences

    • Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an organization to accomplish objectives

    • Critical thinking ability, with experience working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems
