    Business change, leadership succession planning, effective team member relations – all are key issues in a forward-thinking business such as Dell Technologies. Our HR Interns participate in key experiences at the heart of it all, playing an integral role in the organization during our summer program. Through collaborative research and development of strategic recommendations, our interns promote the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels.

    What you’ll achieve

    As a Human Resources Intern your main responsibility will be to develop and share high-value quality human resources program recommendations designed to establish and maintain effective team member relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures. You will build your network, learn how Human Resources supports business strategy and strengthen your skillset as an HR practitioner.

    You will:

    • Work individually and collaboratively to action on key HR priorities related to your project(s)
    • Meet and network with subject matter experts across the function and business
    • Present recommendations and results to HR leaders
    • Actively participate in learning and development activities/sessions throughout the summer
  • Qualifications

    Essential Requirements

    • Ongoing undergraduate student in Human Resources or related area of study (with 1-2 semesters remaining after internship period)
    • Previous HR or relevant experience
    • Strong drive for results
    • Effective team player and cross-functional contributor
    • Ability to succeed and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment

    Desirable Requirements

    • Previous data analytics experience
