Federal Global Solutions Executive
Mobile Working Model
What you’ll be doing...
You will provide end-to-end "full-lifecycle" deal leadership for Verizon’s most complex and strategic Public Sector opportunities. As a Senior Client Partner, you are an independent "hunter" responsible for the entire capture lifecycle, from initial market shaping and lead generation to hand-off for final contract execution. You will proactively identify, qualify, and grow a multi-year pursuit portfolio, ensuring high-velocity growth and rigorous internal governance to secure major wins.
Responsibilities:
Opportunity Shaping & Intelligence: Proactively identify and qualify net-new strategic opportunities independent, or in collaboration with, account team leads, focusing on early-stage identification. Engage early with agency stakeholders to influence requirements and gather critical mission intelligence prior to the formal release of an RFX.
Win Strategy Development: Architect the strategic blueprint for success, including competitive positioning, technical discriminators, and teaming partnerships.
Resource & Surge Orchestration: Lead matrixed pursuit teams and manage contractor surge support to deliver compliant, high-scoring proposals under strict deadlines.
Competitive Precision: Collaborate with our Competitive Analysis and Pricing Team to develop data-driven Price-to-Win (PTW) targets and "solution-to-cost" models.
Deal Hygiene and Governance: Drive pursuit lifecycle integrity by strictly adhering to phase-gated pursuit governance, including the timely completion of all CRM and capture plan requirements and successful navigation of governance reviews throughout the deal lifecycle.
Revenue Protection & Transition: Act as the critical link between the bid solution and the PMO transition to ensure the project is deliverable and billable.
