Dell Technologies is looking for undergraduates to join Dell’s Finance Development Program (FDP), a global two-year rotational program structured to develop Dell’s future finance leadership. The program includes four, six-month rotations to provide participants with a wide breadth of experiences in the finance organization, alongside MBA-style coursework to advance team member knowledge of Dell’s systems, policies, and processes. FDP is unique in that it offers increased visibility/networking with managers and executives, career development planning, training in soft skills and emerging skillsets, developmental workshops, and a robust feedback/performance review process.

What you’ll achieve
The six-month rotations place participants in various positions across the CFO organization. Example rotations include Treasury, Sales Strategy and Planning, Global Reporting, Special Pricing, Services, Global Operations, Business Controls, Sales Enablement and Financial Planning and Analysis.
First semester FDPs will focus heavily on ramping into the business and executing on the job. FDPs in their second and third rotations will increase program involvement in addition to the job, typically through leadership roles, and begin to career plan. Fourth semester FDPs work with program management and their respective networks to enter the Dell business through final placement post-program completion. International assignments are possibilities for top performers in their fourth rotation. Assignment placement is dependent on work performance, program performance, grades in curriculum, and current business needs.
