    Your role:

    The Corporate Financial Analyst is an entry level position, responsible for preparing, developing, and distributing reports to leadership or other internal customers. This role will assist with the periodic forecasting process & annual budget, which includes data consolidation, and in-depth review and analysis. Additionally, this role will assist in the implementation of various modeling tools to increase visibility into company performance.

    This is a highly visible role that will regularly interact with various executive leaders cross-functionally, often through the work of special projects.

    • Prepare and validate a variety of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports in excel and/or financial reporting tool. These reports will be utilized for all levels of strategic and financial decision-making for the organization.

    • Trend and sensitivity analysis on income statement and balance sheet components during regular forecast and budget submission processes, to gain deeper understanding of company performance.

    • Collaborate with respective country/regional leads across multiple time zones to ensure forecast/budget submissions are on time, complete and accurate.

    • Assisting with the modeling and measuring of alternate scenarios, investment impacts and performance risks. As well as pressure testing business assumptions.

    • Create new reports and presentations utilizing technology, visualization tools, and productivity tools to better summarize relevant data into actionable information.

    • Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure that our reporting system is properly setup for both month-end and forecasting activities.

    • Variety of ad hoc projects and reporting to align with companywide strategic initiatives.

    • Understanding and reporting worldwide economic health and macroeconomic conditions, market share analysis and trending, and industry trend analysis.

    What you bring to the role:

    • BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent required

    • 0 – 2 years minimum finance experience required.

    • Ability to produce financial modeling, analysis, and reporting with Excel, PowerPoint and other productivity tools (charts, tables, slides, formulas).

    • Ability to work in a high-volume, highly dynamic rapid paced environment.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Experience in Excel modeling, variance analysis, interpretation of data and understanding of business drivers to financial results.

    • Willingness and curiosity to question the status quo and drive effective changes that scale.

    • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to be an influential collaborator cross-functionally and with all levels of management.

    • Experience in analytical and visualization tools including (but not limited to) Stata, R and Tableau

    The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $52,000 - $67,600 - $83,200 per year.

    The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
