What you’ll be doing...

We are seeking an individual to build innovative applications focused on wireless network technologies and modern user interface (UI) solutions. You will collaborate with solution architects, vendors, and offshore teams to deliver secure and scalable software solutions. This role involves exploring new technologies, ensuring security, and driving optimization and stability in current applications.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Building applications focusing on wireless network (RAN) and RF technologies, alongside modern, user-friendly UI solutions.

• Partnering with the solution architecture team to define features and develop detailed low-level designs.

• Creating intuitive and efficient user interfaces(UI) using modern frameworks to improve user experience.

• Collaborating with vendors and offshore teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

• Researching and integrating emerging technologies to address business challenges and drive innovation.

• Designing and implementing systems with security at the forefront of all development processes.

• Engaging with users and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timely delivery of solutions.

• Providing regular updates to upper management on project status, challenges, and progress.

• Identifying and implementing opportunities for performance optimization and system stability.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

• Experience in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

• Experience in software development with expertise in wireless network technologies and modern UI design.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in system design and architecture, including feature definition and low-level design creation.

• Familiarity with back-end development frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js) and technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle DB, PostgresQL, MySQL, Cassandra).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, including vendors and offshore resources.

• Expertise in designing secure and scalable software solutions.

• Possess good communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and report to management.

• Passion for exploring new technologies and driving continuous improvement.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
