    What you'll be doing...

    As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of essential applications. These applications are vital for supporting our RAN-CORE (Wireless Telecom) system performance, along with advanced network testing and monitoring functionalities.

    The role will be proficient throughout the software development life cycle, specializing in Network Performance Alarm Collection, Analysis, and Data Visualization. This role involves integrating and optimizing solutions for 4G and 5G Core networks, emulation devices, probes, and packet brokers.

    You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

    • Designing, developing, testing, deploying and maintaining robust and scalable full-stack applications and services.

    • Developing and integrating APIs for various network and IT systems (NG1, IrisView (NetScout), SevOne, ULM, VCP, Aether, Apollo, CEAM, VZ-AYS), including network testing platforms (e.g., Spirent, Keysight, Gigamon), monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana via Aether), and subscriber data utilities.

    • Enhancing and maintaining the CNS, ECHO & IMSI Clearing Tool, ensuring its efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with data handling policies.

    • Implementing intuitive and responsive front-end user interfaces (MFE) for both new and existing tools.

    • Managing and optimizing backend databases(MySql, Postgres, GCP) and data models to support application functionality and performance.

    • Collaborating with BO’s, Core network engineers (WDNMC), Solution & System Architects and development teams to translate technical requirements into scalable network solutions using iNspire, JIRA & Confluence - collaboration & knowledge mgmt tools

    • Designing and implementing monitoring dashboards and alerts within Grafana, leveraging data from the Aether platform, to provide real-time insights into network performance and application health.

    • Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the entire application stack, from UI to database and external integrations.

    • Participating in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior team members.

    • Staying current with emerging Wireless RAN-CORE network technologies, industry best practices, and security trends.

    • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to identify opportunities for innovation.

    What we're looking for...

    You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

    • Three or more years of relevant work experience.

    • Experience in full-stack software development.

    • Experience in programming languages (Python, Java, Springboot, Node.js, React.js) and experience with RESTful API design and development.

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Experience in Telecom Wireless RAN-Core domain, especially on the Mobile Network like 4G, 5G.

    • Experience with Spirent active network emulation platforms, including test case development, automation, and data analysis.

    • Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard creation, data source integration, and alert configuration, preferably in a telecommunications or network monitoring context (e.g., Aether platform).

    • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

    • Experience in data pipeline design, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

    • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman).

    • Strong good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

    The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

    The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $96,500.00 - $174,000.00.
