    As a BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST, you will be an integral part of the Recurring Revenue team at Ingram Micro. As industries shift to subscription models, Ingram Micro is strategically building processes and technology to support this growth. This top digital initiative is transforming the way we sell, manage, and support our Technology Services business. In this role you will help shape and deliver value-added processes and technology to our global team and partners.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    • Partner with cross functional teams toanalyze and documentexisting processes,recommend optimalsolutions,andimplementnewimprovements.

    • Support efforts to scope, document, and analyze business requirements to create epics and manage technical backlogwhilemeeting project goals and metrics.

    • Conductquantitative analysis to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis.

    • Develop, update,or modify training documentationand executevarious administrative dutiesrelated to training, such asscheduling classes,organizing enrollment, tracking and reporting progress

    • Support general Project Management tasks, such as time keeping, onboarding, budgeting, scheduling.

    • Basic understanding of general Supply Chain or Accounting concepts

    • Create and deliverpresentationsand reporting on project status and plan

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

    • Comfortable withpresentingto audiences at various levels within the organization.

    • Entry-level professional individual contributor on a project or work team.

    • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.

    • Uses company standard policies and procedures to resolve issues.

    • Typically requires afour-yearcollege degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years functional experience.
