Program Overview

The Global Marketing Internship Program within Dell Technologies is a selective program aiming to bring in and develop bright, enthusiastic, and high-potential students who are interested in exploring a career in the marketing organization at Dell Technologies. The Marketing Internship Program is a 10-week, full-time (40 hours/week), paid, hands-on development internship program in Round Rock, TX.

The program is sponsored by Dell Technologies marketing executives and modeled after Dell Technologies’ full-time Marketing Development Program.

What you’ll achieve:

As an Undergraduate Intern, you will gain real marketing and business experience in their internship placements within the Global Marketing organization. Opportunities include but are not limited to:

• Marketing data analytics and insights
• Communications and social media
• Creative and events
• Operations/project management
• Market assessment, research, & strategy

**Essential Requirements **

• Able to relocate and live in Round Rock, TX for summer 2024 (relocation and housing provided for those who qualify)
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possess outstanding critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
• Display strong management, integrity, and collaboration with an enthusiastic attitude and professional demeanor

Desirable Requirements

• Working towards a Bachelor's or an Associate’s degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Business Analytics, Digital Media, PR, Advertising, Management Information Systems, or other related disciplines
• Graduation Date: December 2024 or Spring 2025 (prior to July)

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $15.03 - $27.83 depending on location.
