    Global Process Engineering team is seeking an analytical thinker with solid communication skills to work on our Global Remote Support Process Engineering team. You'll be responsible for developing analytical approaches to generate key business program insights around impact and performance with the goal of driving business profitability and improving customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution, analysis and optimization of global business programs. Further to this, you will advocate business opportunity and highlight insights and impact from business programs. In this role, you will be expected to drive strategy one day while having the ability to roll up your sleeves and perform hands on analysis during other days.

    WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE

    • Partner with cross functional teams including but not limited to GlobalProcess Engineering teams, Remote Support, eServices, Services Parts and Field Services team to solution requirements that support simplifying, standardizing and automating Business Processes
    • Drive analytical business judgment, market understanding, problem solving, and fact-based analysis to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems
    • Analyze, recommend, and implement enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and processes to optimize profitability and improve customer experience
    • Work effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure collaborative solutions to meet business requirements
    • Implement improvements by coordinating the activities of vendors, internal resources, and internal customers

    • Graduating in May 2022 with a Master's or a PhD in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or Process Engineering
    • Excel in Business analytics
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
    • Enthusiastic problem solver who has a solid track record in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy, and works well in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
    • High proficiency with structuring strategic analysis and storylines using MS Office tools
    • Agile, Scrum Master, Six Sigma or Lean certification
