    Description

    Leidos is seeking a Graphic Designer Intern in Reston, VA.

    The Defense Business Development Operations team is seeking a motivated, engaged graphic artist who has exceptional knowledge of graphic design principles and the overall creative process to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to use your graphic design skills on projects with a global audience. You’ll have the opportunity to work on design for business development strategy, capture development presentations, marketing campaigns, and more. You will have a chance to showcase your talents and hone your skills while creating impactful design to a global audience.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Bring a unique and informed design aesthetic to multiple visual elements of the Leidos Brand
    • Produce graphic designs for future business development campaigns, and strategies
    • Produce engaging business and capture presentations for print, digital and out-of-home from concept through delivery
    • Develop, design, and produce graphics for internal and external presentations

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited college/university
    • Experience with Adobe Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • A can-do attitude, self-starter who can creative problem solve
    • U.S. Citizenship is required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3.0 GPA
    • Experience with motion graphics/video post-production
    • Experience with photography/photo editing

    Pay Range:

    Pay Range $44,200.00 - $68,000.00 - $91,800.00

    The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
