  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for Operations Manager to become in charge of shooting and delivery management process. You will be working with people, while using calendars, spreadsheets, task management and other software. You will be communicating with:

    • Customer success to schedule shoots, solve problems during shoots, deliver the results, and perform customer education and support
    • Photographers for scheduling and remote assistance, while assisting the team in growing our network of photographers
    • Remote post-production teams to foster the deliverables
    • Executive and product development team to continuously enhance our processes

    Role:

    • Work with top management team to strategize and constantly improve operations processes
    • Communicate with clients to understand the details of the photo shoot, educate clients on how they should prepare the property
    • Set clients' expectations for the shooting process and deliverables, maximize clients' success by offering suitable products
    • Schedule photo shoots with clients and assigns photographers depending on the shoot parameters, manage calendar with all the shoots and photographers availability
    • Support clients and photographers during the shoot, remotely help them in troubleshooting, creatively solve unusual problems
    • Intimately understand 3D scanning and real estate photography to make decisions on your own and foster success of clients and photographers
    • Coordinate with remote post-production teams to deliver the results to clients in high-quality and timely manner
    • Perform customer support, manage urgent clients' requests, and work with photographers and post-production team to accomplish them
    • Educate clients on best practices in usage of 3D tours and real estate visual marketing
    • Participate in preparation of educational materials for clients and photographers
    • Manage clients billing and payments to photographers
    • Analyze performance data, prepare reports and participate in decision making with top management team
    • Work with product development team and try various software to establish efficient internal tools for scheduling, task management, customer support, payments
    • Assist the team in sourcing, interviewing, training, hiring, onboarding, managing and retaining photographers

  • Qualifications

    About you:

    • 1 year experience in similar role (might not be in real estate or photography)
    • Real estate, photography, 3D/360 experience is highly appreciated
    • Bachelor's or higher
    • Systematic mindset, ability to establish processes and routines, not only follow them
    • Excellent communication skills (sales or customer support experience is an advantage)
    • People management skills (experience in managing fleets of field workers is perfect)
    • Creative problem-solving thinking
    • Experience in customer support and education
    • Readiness to work with a flexible schedule throughout the whole day
