RESPONSIBILITIES
SUMMER INTERNSHIP
Our Summer Internship is designed for students in their penultimate year of university, who want to gain real life work experience in a fast past, exciting and professional environment, and the opportunity to secure a full-time graduate position at the end of the internship.
As a Summer Intern, you will participate in 1 week of Sales Acceleration training that will set you up for success in your role. You will also benefit from professional development sessions, networking, and social events.
The program takes place from May - July 2023 (10-week program).
YOUR ROLE
As HR Talent Management Intern we are welcoming you as being fully part of our team! We are happy to share with you our programs, the way we look at development and career growth, how we encourage our colleagues to reflect on their diverse careers and boost their learning.
Throughout this internship, you will develop business acumen by participating in activities that teach critical leadership competencies. You will gain exposure to upskilling leadership at all levels of a company, learning design and development, content management and curation, and human resources systems management. More specifically, tasks will build experience in
Technical production for live virtual training programs
Supporting training and talent management efficiencies with internal data analysis and reporting
Researching priority subject areas and benchmarking talent management industry trends
Contributing to development and content management for live virtual trainings and on-demand virtual resources
You will have the opportunity to take part (as participant or observer) in our learning programs on a variety of topics, such as how to best communicate with your colleagues, how to drive your career and take smart decisions, what is your preferred working style.
Our team is focused on coaching our colleagues to success, we will therefore be happy to also offer you our thoughts and expertise!
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIREMENTS
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an accredited college or university
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
Interested in learning more about Human Resources department and about nurturing internal talent through Learning and Development
Ability to work independently with limited direction and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Structured, organized, self-driven
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office(PowerPoint; Excel)
