Hardware Engineer - CSG Engineering Rotation Program

The CSG Engineering Rotation Program provides you a fast-paced, dynamic organization in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth. The program consists of 3 rotations, each 12-months long, to offer you the ability to learn across different projects, solutions, and technical deliverables needed to bring our products to market. Built into the program are key opportunities for networking, knowledge sharing, and career progression.

You will:

• Follow standard engineering practices and use tools appropriately with technical guidance

• Assist with design and development of engineering assignments related to hardware components as well as products and systems including the development of new products or updates to existing products

• Complete tasks and assignments encompassing one or more areas of engineering

• Develop awareness of cost targets established during the program design phase Research and Develop key deliverables for our next generation offerings

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering

• Ability to build, repair and prepare assemblies across product lines

• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment, seeks new opportunities, delivers on commitments

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is:

$20.70 - $46.33 per hour depending on location.
