IBM has launched a unique training and development program, IBM Accelerate: Talent Identification Program dedicated to first- and second-year undergraduates who identify as black, Hispanic, multi-race and Native American. The program will focus on networking with peers and IBMers across the U.S, coaching from industry experts, the fundamentals of working in the technology industry, and personal career development. The knowledge and foundational skills acquired during IBM Accelerate can be applied to career opportunities across various industries, wherever you may decide to follow your passion.

This unpaid learning program will run from June 7, 2021 to July 28, 2021 in the evening and is led by subject matter experts at IBM.
