Your Role and Responsibilities IBM Global Financing Leadership Development Program is an 18 month accelerated rotation designed to prepare the next generation of business leaders. Participants typically have three six month rotations. The first is an introduction and educational program through IBM Global Sales School, followed by two global functional areas Business Case Risk Analysis and Contracts and Negotiations. In addition, the program offers significant executive mentorship and visibility including career planning and guidance. At the end of the rotations, candidates will graduate into an Industry Sales role.

Leadership Development Program (LDP) candidates are valued members of the team and their opinions and ideas are welcomed by the teams. Opportunities to work on special projects in addition to the required rotations are also available and encouraged.

The IBM Global Financing (IGF) Leadership Development Program provides candidates with the broadest exposure to the disciplines that make up IGF. They will have direct access to senior leadership and be groomed to accelerate their career within IGF and IBM.

We are looking for individuals that are motivated to lead, self-starters with a passion for learning, the ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply that knowledge to complex situations. Interest in accelerating their career and establishing themselves as a leader within IGF and IBM. NBMBAA

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 5 years work experience in corporations / commercial banking / finance / leasing companies, entrepreneurs OR relevant industries
• Fluent in English
