CenturyLink's internship program is a 10 week, fast-paced and exciting opportunity to gain professional experience within your field of study and career interest. Interns within Consumer Markets will be part of an accelerated learning experience, working to drive best in class conversational experience and efficiency within Consumer Operations. The goal is to drive more experiences through our AI engine either in chat or voice. The internship will take place in Littleton, CO. In addition, interns will connect to our company culture through community outreach projects, engage with our employee resource groups and be able to develop their professional skills and business acumen through frequent exposure to senior leadership, cutting-edge technology, groundbreaking projects, and a network of mentors and fellow interns. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review detractor comments and determine resolution path for bot experience.
• Review and enhance production monitoring process for bot, ensuring high availability and response time.
• Develop and analyze reports on bot performance from Qlikview.
• Analyze need for new intents and develop conversational flow.
• Test new intents and conversational flow design.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university; entering junior or senior year education level at the start of the internship (graduating after August 2020).
• Minimum Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher.
• Must have transportation to/from work daily.
• Must be available to work 30 - 40 hours per week, during the specified 10-week timeframe.
• Coursework and/or degree focus in AI and conversational design.
• Technical aptitude and ability to work in a rapid, agile environment.
• Available for Summer Internship Program: 6/1/2020 - 8/7/2020.
