    OUR TEAM

    The IT Planning team, based in St Louis, MO, specializes in custom applications built to provide valuable and accurate insights into material, resource, and value-added service constraints.  We exist to enable easy, efficient, and simple planning solutions across our organization in order to deliver timely and accurate outcomes to our customers.  If this resonates with you, and you’re passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to meet our business demands, we’d love to have you join us as an IT Analyst.  While St. Louis-based candidates are preferred, qualified US-based candidates will also be considered in a full-time remote capacity.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of Developers, Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners.   Team Members utilize a broad range of functional and technical skills and are encouraged to expand their functional knowledge and technical capabilities.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with business and cross-functional IT Teams to understand WWT's supply chain processes (specifically order management, purchasing, and material planning)

    • Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (Boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications

    • Deliver solutions to business users that are aligned with best practices and provide thought leadership in the Supply Chain / Material Planning space

    • Participate in major projects and complex assignments with broad and ambiguous scope

    • Work on production support, enhancements, and implementation projects to support WWT business operations

    • Provide demonstrations and training to end-users and stakeholders for any enhancements of project releases

    • Define test conditions and test scripts to ensure system stability, validity, and data integrity

    • Work in an agile team - plan, prioritize, design, test, and coordinate end-to-end delivery of solutions

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, or a technical related field

    • Technical Skills: SQL required, PL/SQL would be a plus

    • Past experience with one (preferably more) full implementation (from concept to production support)

    • Knowledge of Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, and Manufacturing is required. Project Manufacturing preferred

    • Autonomous and self-motivated - execute requirements both independently and with team collaboration

    • Be open to new technologies, industry trends, and the ability to adopt the latest design methodologies. 

    • Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams

    • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

    • Embrace the WWT culture and values

    • Possess a solid understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles
