The position will provide general administrative, web, database, and mobile/desktop duties to support the operations of NYU Wagner Office of Information Technology.
The IT Assistant will support full-time staff in communicating with clients on the status of cases, maintaining Salesforce contact database; troubleshooting hardware and software issues; and updating Wagner’s website, wagner.nyu.edu, powered by Drupal 8.
The goal of Wagner IT is to ensure NYU Wagner staff and faculty have the technological support needed to complete their work. This position will play a critical role in supporting this mission.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technology support and customer service.
The IT Department within the NYU Wagner School is responsible for the technology needs of the school.
